The past month has been filled with lots of first adventures for little Miss Callie. Something about finally being able to hold her head up more confidently opened a whole new world of discovery for her. Among some of the new possibilities in her world are:
Sitting on couches with Taylor
(notice the crossed ankles)
Sitting in highchairs
(that is a mischevious half smile)
Holding onto mommy like a monkey
Getting to sit on the "infant" side of the baby tub instead of the "newborn" side
Contemplating the perplexities of modern existence
Laughing with Mimi and Nana
Trying out Johnny Jump Up
(mostly eating it)
Being mezmerized by candlelight...
and firelight...oooh!
(70 degrees constitutes fire making weather)
Drumming with daddy
